Murat Gögebakan: Kalbim Yarali

It is one of the biographical works made for every celebrity who has recently passed away. It is a one-dimensional biographic story constructed in limited scenes within selected settings with an economical production to draw a celebrity profile by putting the artist at the center. Burak Sevinç, who plays Gogebakan, does a decent job. The most unique aspect of the film, is not to glorify the artist, but to look at him a little more critically and to draw a profile of a contemporary Unkakapani / Kral TV celebrity with his faults and virtuous deeds with a simplified story keeping out of controversial and red lines. On the other hand, there is no trace of the kind-hearted and naive person he portrayed in public.
