When my friends invited me to go watch this film, my first reaction was: "But do you really want to go to the cinema and sleep?" This reaction is normal for me, as I am so discredited by Portuguese movies that are almost all made up of still scenes, meaningless stories or weak attempts at moral lessons. For me, boring cinema without any emotion. This Revolution (without) Blood changed the way I started watching Portuguese products because it offered me everything that makes me go to the cinema and pay for a ticket. A story, emotion, good image and sound quality and excellent actors. And a note for the film's incredible soundtrack. I was not at all prepared for the emotional journey that the film gave me. If this is what the new Portuguese cinema is, then count on me in every theater for every film.
