After dinner with his wife Brenda and son Michael, Rick, through their respective windows, spies their next door neighbor doing something pretty funny, but what the neighbor assumed was unseen by anyone else as being done in the privacy of his own home. As Rick and now Brenda continue watching, the neighbor spots them, they in turn knowing that he saw them. Rick plans to tell this story to his co-workers who like to one-up each other on funny stories. Rick believes this story will indeed one-up Tony's Cuban story which is the current benchmark of funniness. However, Rick and Brenda's neighbor takes his own action to ensure that the story never goes any further than their two households.
