Iceland got a little hotter on Saturday, when Lindsay Lohan made a visit to the country to attend a friend’s wedding.
The 30-year-old actress – who announced on Monday that she would be joining the cast of Rupert Grint‘s British TV comedy Sick Note for its second season — was one of the many stars partying the night away at the Borealis Hotel in Úlfljótsvan, where U.S. tech mogul and author Oliver Luckett married his partner, music supervisor and chef Scott Guinn.

It seems that TV Land is committed to saying goodbye to their multi-camera comedies. The cable channel recently renewed The Soul Man for a fifth and final season and now The Exes, their only other traditional sitcom, has been cancelled.
The Exes follows single divorce attorney Holly Franklin (Kristen Johnston) and her three divorced male friends/clients (David Alan Basche, Donald Faison, and Wayne Knight) who rent an apartment she owns. Eden (Kelly Stables) is Holly's assistant and Nikki (Leah Remini) is one of the guys' sister. Read More…...

TV Land initially renewed The Exes for a third season of 12 episodes and ordered another dozen -- giving the sitcom its biggest season order ever. How will the ratings be this year? Will the execs be glad they ordered more or regret it? Could it be cancelled or is it guaranteed a fifth season because that will give the series enough episodes for a syndication package? Stay tuned!

Andrea Martin‘s upcoming NBC comedy Working the Engels, booked an Sctv reunion with Martin Short and Eugene Levy.
Patrick J. Adams will be doing his adorable blinking routine on Orphan Black, according to Deadline. At least, I hope his guest role will include that thing he does on Suits where he blinks and looks just adorable. Even better, Adams previously tweeted that he was a fan of the show. I hope he enjoys his chance to get to play someone drawn into the Orphans’ orbit.
Which clone do you want to see him encounter? I can’t decide.
For better or for worse, Comedy Central has ordered 3 more seasons of Tosh.0.
Raising Hope is ramping up the faboo. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Judith Light is set to appear as Virginia (Martha Plimpton)’s boss.
Today seems to be the day for amazing guest-role casting announcements. TVLine reports...

Exclusive: USA Network has passed on its pilot Eden. The hourlong project, from Universal Cable Prods. and writers Ken and Mary Hanes, centered on a young hotel worker (Nick D'Agosto) who, with the help of his escaped con artist cousin (Enver Gjokaj), gets a job as the concierge at an elite NYC hotel. Together they manage to provide the hotel guests with whatever they desire. Eden is the first USA pilot to get a pass this cycle, which included 2 batches of 3 pilots each. All 3 pilots from the first group, Necessary Roughness, Common Law and A Legal Mind, have been picked up to series. The remaining 2 pilots from the second batch, Over/Under and Wild Card, which were ordered at the same time as Eden in November, have been cast but not shot yet, with filming eyed for late August.

Damages | Fans of this gripping drama can expect more of the same – quite literally – when Season 4 arrives on DirecTV on July 13. Exec producer Daniel Zelman told me at the NYC premiere event that, since DirecTV doesn’t air commercials, each episode will be “anywhere from 49 to 56 minutes” long — robust...

Gretchen Egolf has been tapped for a lead role on the USA pilot Eden. The project, from Universal Cable Prods., centers on a young hotel worker (Nick D'Agosto) who, with the help of his escaped con artist cousin (Enver Gjokaj), gets a job as the concierge at an elite NYC hotel. Together they manage to provide the hotel guests with whatever they desire, Egolf, repped by Cornerstone and Gallant, will play the Eden Hotel's striking Ivy League-educated General Manager. Edi Gathegi (Twilight, X-Men: First Class) has joined another USA pilot, Wild Card, in a lead role. The project, from Fox TV Studios, is about people behaving badly at night in Las Vegas and two very different lawyers, Will Garratt (Ben Lawson) and Eliza Evans who who solve their problems before morning. Gathegi, repped by Paradigm and Framework, will play the duo's smart, ambitious and resourceful investigator, a former hotel concierge who knows everyone in town.

Exclusive: Heroes, Alias and Felicity alum Greg Grunberg is heading to cable as the lead of A&E's hourlong pilot Big Mike. In the project, co-produced by Happy Madison and Sony Pictures TV, Grunberg will play the title character, a plus-sized detective and a force of nature in the San Diego Pd. One of the best in his field, he gets things done, knows all the right people, gets along with everyone, and knows all the best places to eat. His greatest challenge in his romantic life. I hear Grunberg's casting lifts the contingency on the pilot despite the fact that Grunberg is formally in second position to NBC's Love Bites. He was upped to a regular on the NBC anthology dramedy after a memorable guest stint in the pilot. But the series, once scheduled for a fall launch in the Thursday 10 Pm slot is yet to get a premiere...

Nick D'Agosto (Heroes) and Enver Gjokaj (Dollhouse) are set as the two leads in the USA pilot Eden, while Sarah Bolger (The Tudors) has joined the Fox pilot Locke & Key. Eden, from Universal Cable Prods. and writers by Ken and Mary Hanes, centers on a young hotel worker (D'Agosto) who, with the help of his escaped con artist cousin (Gjokaj), gets a job as the concierge at an elite NYC hotel. Together they manage to provide the hotel guests with whatever they desire, at whatever the cost. The pilot, whose two-male lead setup is in the mold of such USA series as Psych, Royal Pains and White Collar, will be directed by Jace Alexander. Fox's drama pilot Locke & Key, from producers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, 20th TV and DreamWorks TV, is based on Joe Hill's comic. It tells the story of Nina Locke (Miranda Otto) and her three children,...
