A Random Baseplate offers many engaging plot points; the movie shows us entertaining characters, a tense interesting plot and fun concepts.
Sadly the final product was rushed, you can tell from the story that this (in the original vision) full film presents is rather ambitious with a large scope which the team wasn't able to achieve in such a short span of time.
The original plan for A Random Baseplate was it be a small, multiple part series however, upon the final parts completion Piggo decided to add all the parts into one; such "A Random Baseplate The Movie" was born.
This lead to much confusion for unaware viewers as the 'movie' would feature titles within the runtime, the most notable appearing at the midpoint of the film; "A Random Baseplate 4: Part 2" which confused many viewers. Along with that confusing the combination suffers from inconsistent editing, act 1 and the first half of act 2 being added in at 480p.
A Random Baseplate is a rushed mess however, it can still be entertaining to watch; with fun voice acting and some good Roblox animation along with the interesting story this film can be watched and enjoyed. However the optimal viewing experience would not see you watching the combined film and instead the parts individually.
The film is also ironically funny and sometimes even intentionally funny with the out-right bizarre dialouge. It has become a self-contained hilarious and rather disappointing film.
