I don't know why the ratings are so low for this series. It's a beautiful, well made, great cast, good paced drama that revolves around an enduring love of a couple who knew they had feelings for each other when they were young and had to go through much time, secrets, heartaches and joy to be together. I'm nearing the end of the series and don't know how it will end and am keeping my fingers crossed that the 2 main leads will finally make a way to be together as a couple. Not giving any spoilers since I started this series without any. It's more enjoyable that way. Watch it and you won't regret.

I really like their wild life and world tour documentaries. I must say 10 star** Most people are prejudice about STV, because of their religious values towards Islam. Samanyolu TV in English is translated as Milky-Way. It is generally assumed that Milky-Way has a religious connotation. In essence "Milky-Way" pedals the notion of a "other" universe aside from the present world. One may see that the title of the television station plays an important role for the list of programs it airs for its audiences. Samanyolu TV contains several programs that pertains heavy emphasis on culture, politics, and utmost religion. Samanyolu TV is funded by many individuals and companies. But the most constructive contribution is lead by Fetullah Gülen. Gülen is a well-known Turkish Muslim preacher, scholar and author.
