96 minute film, 70 minutes too long
Every single scene is stretched out beyond imagination, packed with needless and unrealistic dialogue. There's a scene where a man tells another to deliver these letters, a normal person would reply "okay" or "sure" etc... but the guy ended up waffling on and on for ages about how he will deliver the letters.
Bruce Willis does not act. He just repeats his spoon fed lines with little to no emotion.
Jake, the antagonist, is the biggest imbecile villain ever, constantly making mistake after mistake, doing the dumbest things. And his motive is rubbish anyway. Goes on this failed murdering spree just because someone shot his meth dealing, murdering father in the knee.
Captain East is the most incompetent cop, fails to do the simplest tasks properly and literally is narrating himself the entire time. One scene he is narrating his walking "left foot, right foot" etc.
Chloe (Ashley Greene) was the best actor of a crap bunch.
The music was obnoxiously loud, drowning out dialogue half the time, and the music choice was terrible, it's like they asked a 3 year old to click randomly on Spotify.
Then there's another villain called Virgil, who I couldn't for the life of me understand half of what he was saying. He sounded like an Italian trying to do a Southern USA accent, and ended up sounding like a croaking frog.
Christ, what a chappy film, given as a 10-15 minute short film, probably would've been decent, but too long too rubbish.

We all kept saying: Please be over, please be over.
Nope, more torture.
And you can't even blame this one on Willis, because he was way better than the terrible directing - once again from Mike Burns, who also gave us the another flop Out of Death. Burns, who's filmmaking experience is thirty-two Music Supervisor credits, couldn't even get the score right. It was annoyingly loud, overbearing, constant and unfitting. But even worse, was the writing by Bill Lawrence, who oh shocker here, also wrote Out of Death with Burns. Boys, please take up a new hobby and leave the camera and keyboard alone.
The directing was worse than a fifth-grade drama class production. I've seen better scene changes and fade-outs by 1990's wedding videographers. The long, dragged out and unnecessary scenes were relentless. His failure to direct his cast, scenes, camera shots, etc were the biggest failures I've seen since... well, Out of Death.
But the writing was the biggest joke. It was the never ending cat and mouse game - on repeat, with ridiculous dialogue and more holes in the plot than a wheel of Swiss cheese. How do these two look at their final cut and say "yes, this is perfect, let's go to market"? I actually feel bad for Willis having this nonsense on his resume as one of his final films. Thus my very generous 3/10, all points going to Willis giving it his best shot with the garbage he had to work with.

I've never felt the need to leave a review for a movie before, but I had to. Sometimes movies are all bad, this isn't the case. The script was average and predictable, but overall it at least had a story that sounded interesting enough to watch. The acting wasn't the worst you'll ever see, mainly because of Bruce Willis. The director of this movie should be absolutely ashamed of himself though. The lines were poor, the editing of the movie was diabolical and I've never fancied myself as a director before, but it felt like minimum effort that even a complete novice couldn't have screwed this up so badly. The acting was the only good thing about this movie, despite clearly being directed to do/say things that didn't flow well or feel right for that scene, they made the most of it.
Should you watch it? Sure. But only if you're sat on your phone throughout and only looking up when something barely watchable comes along. I certainly wouldn't schedule this in as a 'Must watch', it's something to put on in the background whilst you're doing something else and already bored out of your mind.
I've seen movies much worse than this one before, but this is the only one that I felt had so much more going for it but the director completely botched it and turned a potential 5 out of 10 into a 2.

Who writes garbage like this? Horrible writing, horrible acting... Don't waste your time on crap like this. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE MOVIES BETTER THAN THIS...DON'T MAKE MOVIES!

This movie was terrible. The acting was lackluster, scenes were slow moving and silly at times, and the storyline, for the most part, made no sense. In the beginning of the movie it was quite difficult to understand one of the actors - we had to rewing and turn on suntitles.
Dont know why he bothered accepting this script. Tbf I've seen worse films but how you could make this plot so bad of a film is a challenge. Directors past might have something to do with it, nevertheless a poorly edited, overly soundtracked nightmare. At some points felt like an advert.

This movie actually made me sad for Bruce Willis. He is ruining his acting legacy with movies like this. But in the end I did give it a generous 3 stars mainly because it is so bad it makes for a fun watch but only because my husband and I could not stop laughing at the absurdity of the dialogue, the plot (holes) and the fact that despite various stabbings, multiple gunshot wounds, being burnt, buried and nearly decapitated, these characters refuse to die. They all just keep getting up from their various injuries and staggering forward like zombies.
The plot holes are so huge you just have to (again) laugh at the absurdity of them. The acting is so sub-par and the writing so amateurish this movie is sure to get a Razzie award.
So go ahead and give it a watch if you are amused by movies that are so bad they are fun to watch just to pick them apart. But know that at the same time your heart will hurt a little bit for Bruce and his choice to be a part of this.

Saw Bruce Willis as the starring role and just knew I would like it. He must owe someone a lot of money. Absolutely his worst film. Very poorly written. Terrible acting. Not even a good story. Anyone who paid money to see this should start a gofundme to get reimbursed not only for the money they spent, but for damages as well. I am writing this as I am watching the movie and it keeps getting worse. I am having trouble coming up with at least the six hundred characters needed to complete this gawd awful review so please bear with these last sentences. It is a 90 minute movie that only needed 20 minutes.

Bruce Willis may be ill now, but he is a living legend so I say nothing about him.
However, what is going on with 'Joker face' Lauren McCord? Far too much surgery and lip and cheek fillers.
Direction was appalling, music was amateurish, dialogue was stilted and overly dramatic. Continuity was awful and acting was absolutely pathetic.
The film did not engage me at any single moment, even when I saw Ashley Greene which was the only reason I was going to watch this film anyway. She definitely peaked in the Twilight films and has not acted well ever since.
Honestly, if you have time to waste, are bored out of your head, dying for something...anything to watch? Don't watch this!

This is a definite flop, cheaply made, with terrilbe editing and photography, lots of mediocre supporting actors and a terrible, cheesy ridiculous script.
Of course this movie is NOT recommended. NOT for any Bruce Willis fan. Perhaps have just a glimpse at this movie, to recognize for yourself that this movie is going nowhere....
BUT....
At an important end note: This is one of Bruce Willis' LAST movies he will EVER make, because Bruce is retiring from acting, due to severe bad health, because he is suffering from a neurological disease which affects his speech and facial expressions. Really tragic! You can see it even in this very movie that he isnt feeling well. He is fighting his disease, but this is a fight our beloved hero cant win...
Let us not forget WHY we are watching Bruce Willis movies to begin with. We watch Bruce Willis movies because of DIE HARD (1988). THE ONE AND ONLY BIGGEST ACTION AMERICAN ACTION CLASSIC OF THE CENTURY.
This classic is still standing strong after more than 30 years. Millions of people still REwatch it during every Christmas holiday. Recently a petition was launched to rename Nakatomi Plaza into DIE HARD plaza.
A life time achievement award for Bruce Willis is in the making as well, so I have heard...
DIE HARD (1988) NEVER DIES but is still ALIVE AND KICKING in 2022.
Let's celebrate that...

*if you love Bruce Willis do not watch this movie*
Everyone has said the truth, it would have been better to get a root canal than to watch this movie. I wanted to stab myself the entire time, up to the last minute.
I am a huge fan of Bruce Willis, since Moonlighting. Loved every movie he was in. I feel bad for him to end his career with such a horrible movie. He will always be my top actor.
Sixty-seven-year-old Bruce Willis' health issue was first disclosed in March 2022. Aphasia is a disorder that affects how you communicate. It can impact your speech, as well as the way you write and understand both spoken and written language. Aphasia usually happens suddenly after a stroke or a head injury.

So much criticism for a top true Hollywood star that doesn't deserve such. This is in a few films he made in 2021-22 when you can plainly see ( if you are not a complete ass) his aphasia when he was using his secret technique to memorize his lines. He did very well if you ask me. The young women in this movie will hopefully grow, which is inevitable. But Bruce did great. The story was simple, and we've seen it before, but it had it's tense moments for sure.
I recommended everyone to watch all of Bruce's movies. You will appreciate his journey and his legacy now that he can no longer speak or make movies.

Oh my god, where do I start. When you push play, you're in the wrong place, which is anywhere you can see your tv. How about Wrong Acting, the acting was beyond terrible. Acting in a soap opera. It's like a 12 year old wrote the script. I'm assuming all of the non-main characters are preforming for the first time. How about Wrong Editing. Take for instance the drone footage as the car drives down the road out of camera and they keep recording for like 10 seconds. It's Alabama, not beautiful scenery. I thought they were setting up for a commercial. The conversations in this film don't align with the movie. I swear this doesn't makes sense.
This is so sad that Bruce Willis has sunk to a new low with this film. The man has made a ton of money. I guess it's like professional athletes who don't know when to quit?
Everything about this film was horrible: script, editing, acting and camera work. Halfway through we had to laugh at how bad it was. AVOID LIKE T HE PLAGUE!!!

The acting was terrible the plot was awful and the dialogue was atrocious. There were moments when the movie tried to be funny though the plot made it seem like a suspenseful thriller. I would recommend watching anything else but this movie.

The words I kept saying to myself while watching this awful movie. Bad acting all around, sorry Bruce, bad story, and bad effects. It feels like the writer had some sense of a story they wanted to tell with no way how to do it. Scenes that were just ridiculous are all through this film. It's like most of the supporting plot was an afterthought. I mean come on, how much time was actually spent thinking about it before writing it down. I wish I was built different and could stop watching a movie I start. I just have this weird quirk about it, always hoping that somehow it can be salvaged. If I could give this movie less than one star I would have.
Let me say right away that I didn't manage to watch more than 10 minutes of the movie. The acting is so stiff that it's desperate, in some moments I have the feeling that the actors are under some tranquilizers, especially Bruce Willis. The sound is rarely bad because in the dialogue between the actors, the music that is in the background is painful to the ears and is louder than the environment in the film. The fight scenes are shown very poorly, I have the feeling that no one put even 10% of their effort into creating this. This is literally unwatchable, a waste of money spent on this. Don't waste your time on this failure.

This guy was on his way to having an awesome legacy but now he'll only be remembered for garbage movies that are truly unwatchable!!
Probably would have been better to leave his filmography as great as it was as opposed to being in such horrible movies as this one.

This is a very slapdash movie with very low production values. For example, at 3:11, you can see plainly Bruce Willis' microphone against his T-shirt. Immediately beforehand, the shirt on top of his T-shirt is done up, and then it's not, exposing the microphone. How is it possible that no-one would spot this, from the filming on-set, right through to editing, grading, and final checks. Ugh, what is wrong with Hollywood these days? I guess they just don't care. Just like publishers who can't be bothered to proof-read novels for the most blatant typos and formatting errors. Not like it used to be, folks.

Well. The true enemy of this film is the editing. There's literally like 20 mins you could trim from scenes. The story line is actually an interesting one with potential but it drags on. Ashley Green and Stacy Danger give some of the best performances, followed by Texas Battle. Then the highly underused legit trained actor Josh Rhett Noble makes the best of the simple dialogue and small scenes. Some scenes with Bruce Willis are actually quite nice but there are obvious times he struggles. With more tweaking in the edit room, WRONG PLACE could have had a lot stronger result.

It's bad beyond the point of not wanting to watch this. How is it even possible to release a movie like this and not be ashamed of it? If I had watched this in the cinema, I would have liked to get a refund for the ticket. It's disappointing and incredibly irritating, to the point of turning into a comedy. Oh yes, at about three quarters into the film, it starts to be ridiculous and it feels like you're watching a mockery or parody of an action movie. A joke, that's what it is. Waste of time. 2 stars for Bruce Willis, who acts up to standards. Every other aspect of this production is crap and watching this only frustrated me.
