Michael Jr. has a Bill Cosby way of being funny without dragging his audience through the mud. His style is clean. In this film, Michael Jr. documents his release of comedy on some REALLY tough crowds. And these aren't crowds that have PAID to see him. In fact these aren't crowds that could afford to pay to see him... All is done as an act of charity.
The people in the documentary are extreme cases of people who NEED to laugh - the homeless, abused children, hardened criminals... You get the idea. It's a beautiful thing he's doing and a brave man who's doing it! The film is joyous and truly inspired me to reach out.
