In most serious films of the Nazi era Germans don't say "Heil Hitler" like they used to do entering a shop or meeting someone in the street. If not, they would seem suspicious. In "Der Passfälscher" this greeting is frequently being used.
The film title, Der Passfälscher, translates to "The Passport Forger."
