The shirt Calvin (Nick Kocher) wears in the final scene at the Hospital is a promotional t-shirt for the short film "Eagles Are Turning People Into Horses", which was directed by Brian McElhaney (who plays Gary Noble in "Sonny") and starred Kocher.
Jason Dohring and Minka Kelly previously worked together on the pilot Body Politic.
