I enjoy documentaries and stumbled across this series and enjoyed the first episode. The second episode was good until the story of Paul Burrell was addressed. Burrell worked for the Queen and then Diana and to be honest, he come across as someone desperate for attention and since Diana passed away, my suspicions have been proven because he has exploited his relationship with Diana ever since.
The subject of Paul Burrell stealing Diana's property come up and I was so disappointed to see the show chose to allow Burrells own narrative be aired instead of the truth. Paul Burrell stole Diana's property after she passed away and the matter was in the courts because they discovered he had stolen a lot of Diana's property. Of course the Queen stepped in and stopped the court case because the Queen didn't like attention towards the family especially Diana where the boys might see something about their mother. So the Queen stepped in but Burrell twisted the facts the Queen stopped the court case because the Queen knew he was innocent which is ridiculous. He claimed he was keeping Diana's property for the boys for safe keeping.. in his own home.. If anyone believes Burrells home would be safer than the PALACE surrounded by guards and home of the most valuable treasures of the world worth billions of pounds.. then they believe in Santa Clause.. Diana's property would obviously be the safest in the royal families hands ensuring they get the property when they got older and there is absolutely no doubt Paul Burrell stole Diana's property for personal gain.. and was lucky the Queen didn't want the attention and stopped the court case. I think if the Queen knew Burrell would exploit Diana for decades and lie about everything, she may not have been as quick to step in.. and stop the court case.. There is absolutely no doubt Paul Burrell stole Diana's property and had no intentions of giving it back.. because the entire evidence proves otherwise.. But, this show allowed Burrell to spin his own twisted narrative instead of the truth.. which should never have been allowed.
