I never thought I’d find myself sitting through another one of these, but here we are. The Polish-language Netflix original Squared Love probably did decently enough to warrant a sequel, but a trilogy? Did we really need this threequel? Short answer: no way! As if the first movie wasn’t already dripping in tropes and cliches, the second part and the third part take focus away from the main couple and jump straight into new characters who become weeds in the field of Monika and Stefan’s love. The third film in the franchise begins directly after the end of Squared Love All Over Again. It begins as if it’s finally showing us how Stefan and Monika need time to get to know each other and possibly what it might be like for them to have a family sometime soon, but it quickly pivots into something else. It...

Squared Love All Over Again (Miłość do kwadratu jeszcze raz) is a movie directed by Filip Zylber starring Adrianna Chlebicka and Mateusz Banasiuk..
In this second part of Squared Love we continue where we left off and go on more or less as expected, trying to turn over the screenplay and say “nothing new here” and will try, using the same framework, to make it work.
And, using these same frameworks, it didn´t work the first time around and doesn´t work the second time.
However, this is a movie that divides specialized reviewers and the audience: The first one was totally profitable.
Storyline
A famous journalist and a fashion model teacher try to redo their lives and return to their jobs after a passionate relationship. When they return, they discover that things have changed, forever?

Membership falls short of company’s expectations; revenue growth beats the Street.
Netflix leadership has targeted a $17bn content spend for 2021 and expect a heavier offering of film and TV in the second half of the year following production delays due to the pandemic.
The streamer said it is back in production in every major market except Covid hotspots Brazil and India.
Local language content remains a priority and the company noted standouts that have travelled beyond borders led by Who Killed Sara?, the Mexican series that generated an estimated 55m views in its first 28 days and now ranks as...

Mexican thriller series Who Killed Sara? has become Netflix’s most popular non-English language title ever with an estimated 55M subscribers tuning in since its launch last month.

It launched on March 24 and the streamer revealed the figures as part of its first quarter financial results. Season two of the show is set to launch on May 19.
On the U.S. side, the company revealed that Firefly Lane, which stars Katherine Heigl and Sarah Chalke was watched by 49M people in its first 28 days since its February 3 launch.

Netflix has spoken a fair bit about the rise in demand for international content during the pandemic (viewing was up 50% to non-English language titles in 2020), and now the streamer has revealed the top 10 destinations its U.S. subscribers visited most through their screens in the past year.
Now, this being Netlflix, it disclosed little in the way of hard viewing numbers. Instead, the findings are drawn from country of origin appearances in Netflix’s daily Top 10 lists of most-viewed shows and films. Netflix collected the data, which is not ranked, from February 2020.
So, the so-called “most traveled to” destinations were:
Canada
Canada gave Netflix shows including Rust Valley Restorers.
France
Omar Sy series Lupin was a surprise hit for Netflix and was projected to be watched by 70 million households. Netflix did not disclose its actual audience. Other French hits included documentary film Cuties.
Germany

Each week brings new and curious VOD data: This week, “The Croods: A New Age” and “Wonder Woman 1984” — late 2020 releases, both viewable at home for almost two months, saw rebounds based on nothing more than small tweaks in availability.
The distribution business is in flux, with different patterns evolving and lessons learned. “Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar,” which reteams “Bridesmaids” writers Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumulo (who also star), debuted exclusively as a $19.99 Premium VOD release with placement on all charts.
Unlike Halloween and Christmas, audiences didn’t flock to romantic titles for Valentine’s Day. That could suggest couples found it a good excuse to celebrate out of the house.
“Croods” returned to #1 in theaters in its 12th weekend, and for the first time since its third week. It’s in its eighth week available at $19.99. So what happened?

A couple of things have caught our eye in February’s Netflix UK line-up, first, the German dystopian sci-fi Tribes of Europa. After the success of sci-fi series Dark, the streaming service invested in a bunch of new German-language series, including the mega-successful historical Barbarians. Tribes was among them, and tells the story of a group of siblings in 2074, separated after a global disaster that leaves Europe riven by warring factions. Also sounding like a good time is South Korean comedy Space Sweepers, about a spaceship crew tasked with cleaning up intergalactic trash.
There’s also the arrival of Parks and Recreation in full – perfect for a lockdown rewatch, new stand-up, all of The Vampire Diaries, and Jason “It’s a megalodon” Statham in The Meg.
We’ll update this list with new arrivals as they’re confirmed.

February may be the shortest month, but that doesn’t mean streaming services can ignore their duty to entertain us at all times. In that mission, Netflix is making a decent effort in February 2021. This isn’t the most jam-packed month the major streamer has trotted out just yet but there are plenty of new originals to get the job done.
Netflix has a few original series of note this month. The party begins with Kid Cosmic on Feb. 2. This animated series is a comic-tinged adventure from Craig McCracken, creator of the Powerpuff Girls. That’s followed by the Sarah Chalke and Katherine Heigl-starring Firefly Lane on Feb. 3 and Behind Her Eyes on Feb. 17. Perhaps the biggest sleeper this month, however, is Tribes of Europa. This post-apocalyptic adventure series premieres on Feb. 19.
