Now this is obviously for kids, 5 episodes containing 5 minutes of content each.
The 'show' is in no way shape or form connected to the big scope of the MCU, but just about half an hour total of little groot and his some adventures. With my personal favorite being 'Magnum Opus'
All around its charming and if you got a couple of minutes its worth it because its so short. Kids from the age of 2-6 will have a great time no matter your native language.
6/10.

I am Groot
I enjoyed it for what it was- a series of shorts that are humourous, interesting, and cutesy yet with a tinge of darkness. It's a series that knows what it is and doesn't aim to stray away from it.

Simple, nothing extra. Short, humorous stories. They are independent of the plots of the films. Cute but empty. Animation is good. The Little Guy is best episode.

Better than Thor: Love and Thunder.
At least it's a production that serves its purpose.
Well, Well, Well..
It's not a multi-million dollar piece of garbage.

*Written after watching the season 2 finale* This is exactly what the MCU is missing, heart! I Am Groot tells some fun and mostly inconsequential stories throughout the MCU cosmos and, while being a cute kids show, it helps make the universe feel bigger and gives our characters little adventures in between the films. Marvel should follow this idea with other properties like Howard the Duck, Korg, or Goose going on little adventures and occasionally running into a familiar face. Fun little stories like these make this feel like its comic book counter parts, with its characters always keeping busy.
Obviously made for kids, but I had some laughs! I like the aspect ratio! I would love to see it in some other projects! The animation looks very good and realistic. My only question is: what's the point of these shorts? VFX overwork is already a thing, I hope this was worth it....
Some forced jokes and some funny scenes. I rate I Am Groot a 7/10.

The series was ok . Just some nice short animetions telling the story of groot but it's not something that we needed and mcu phase 4 series is just some content that is just filler . It was not a 100% cash grab for marvel but it really was a filler .
Quantity over quality i guess.....

It exists for the sole purpose of pumping merchandise sales and creating "meme material" to keep the Marvel brand relevant. They didn't even bother trying to make it inspired and interesting in any way. People reviewing this keep saying it was for kids, no kid would find this funny, only 35yr old braindead marvel fans who are gonna buy the baby groot shirt after watching this.

What a beautiful, fun series. I really enjoyed every episode. Thank you, Marvel, because you always make us happy, even in the simplest things. I'm a fan of Groot's character.

I just finished watching all Five Episodes of Marvel Studios' I Am Groot and they were engaging, fun and adorable. The show is nothing great and yiu can't really compare it to the other big MCU Projects because it's just Baby Groot being Baby Groot. In one episode, he takes a bath and has a spa day, and in another he attempts to paint a portrait of the Guardians. It's a lot of fun, and isn't anything extra.
It keeps you engaged and sort of excited for the next episode while not doing anything crazy. It's small scale, it's so cute, and the episodes are wholesome and very short. The episodes are five minutes, and the credits themselves are two minutes. Overall, the episodes are bite-sized, being three-four minutes long each.
7/10, but remember: This isn't huge or crazy, I enjoyed it for what it was.

Wholesome and cute I guess but not funny at all it tried but failed I wish marvel focused on the big stuff not this bs and waste doesn't do anything to the story or damage it just some spin off show with no purpose.

This would be the 1st am watching and completing the marvel web series in 20 min......
I am Groot, spread across 5 episodes of 3 to 4 min which will not be satisfied by fully by the audience especially the marvel lovers but still after listening "I am Groot" minds will be pleasant for a while
All 5 episodes are just unrelated. It just focuses on the Groot's innocence, naughtiness & its fun.
Overall, a web series quick to be completed not lasting in our mind for long.

I thought it will be a 30minutes/episode Marvel tv show, you know..
Like Loki and WandaVision!
But i can't believe i was eager to watch it just to figure out it's only a 4-5 minutes/episodes.
It's good for kids, a kinda funny short videos for Marvel fans.
But not a Marvel TV show.

Very good and extremely funny shorts telling the stories of one of the more endearing Marvel characters and never being too time wasting, it was great to see Rocket's short appearance too and it went out with a great final short

There really isn't anything new here and it doesn't really expand the either. It that doesn't mean it isn't a fun and cute time. That being said, most people who'll enjoys this are big Groot fans and/or kids.
Unnecessary and childish and boring.
Something new you can say but completely unnecessary and felt like it's made for audience of age below 5 years.
I would definitely recommend to my future kids.

The title says it all.
Sorry, your review is too short. It needs to contain at least 150 characters.
Still not 150 characters.
Maybe not it is?
Nop still not...

This hash is a rip-off of the Treehouse show Max and Ruby. Max was a delinquent rabbit, probably related to Bugz that got into random trouble due to no supervision.
It's about an Avenger/GOTG member after his older self died after Groot was like "We are Groot".
It's practically the same thing, but about a tree doing random, uninteresting things.
Iunno if this is made for kids. If I was a kid I would not be interested in this. There is nothing going on. Which kid can sit for 5 minutes watching something like this? Iunno. I mean the pro is if a kid was watching this they would be bored and would rather go outside and play. Which is good.
Overall, It has good animation. Its not for me or even for my younger self either. When I was a lad I was watching Dragon Ball Z, Samurai super Cat, Mummies Alive, Goosebumps, Are You Afraid of The Dark?. Not this baby show.
Still we gotta thank Groot for help making Stormbreaker because without him Thor wouldn't have went for the head.

I gave 6 points because the animation looks good, but actually it should be less.
It didn't seem fun to me, it was even unnecessary.
More like a "cute-ish" work to sell more Groot toys.

This is when we realize that the content is more important than the container. Groot is a fascinating character. The series does not do him justice. In this case, the content is wasted opportunity and resources.
This is mainly for kids. Only they will like it.
I mostly liked the first episode . For me at last it was a little bit fun. Not fully perfect but kind of nice for kids. But the kids will like it.

"I Am Groot" is not within the MCU timeline, which is a nice little break. We get to see Baby Groot go on some solo misadventures throughout the five shorts. It's cute, creative, and funny.
