I'm still the same old grumpy man, unemotional and unwitty as always. But this film really is a megabomb within the mentaldisorder moviegenre. its about aspberger,and autism , a young adult whos life is a turmoil of extreme talents , of extreme longing,extreme hunger for love and true attention.its a film about extreme friendship and a sincere and strong, infatuating brotherhood.
the film has a somewhat weird start, but becomes a sudden attraction very fast, it is spiced with a hint of gumpishness,and has an rainmanisticly influenced framework, but like the fingerprint, noone is equal,just similar. the scenes of crushed love are dramatic and overwhelmingly well acted, so are also the mimics, gestures ,behaviour and extreme evasive social interaction thats the common stigmata upon this disorder. this is darn good acting mr cardone heir-heir.
i could also mention a lot about the rest of the cast,but thats completely unnescesary, and you will realise that after viewing randy's canvas. but what i will draw attention to are the musical score, its brilliant,soft,soothing , sharp,sad, hopeful and emersive it is. you might recon that its just music, but here the hits smashingly hits the moment of the action. its wizzardry at its best, and gets included on my movie list of film music score along with spy game and life as a house to mention some of them.
ive just finished the film and will fill in more after a second look together with my wife, enchanting it definately is. highly recommended it is.
