The lead actress Evelyn O. Vaccaro, who plays Kiera, is a real life animal rescuer who has been rescuing animals since the early age of 10 years old. Her first rescue was an orphaned raccoon who she raised and set free once it was able to return to the wild.

I really liked the idea behind it. With most horror movies having a fairly cookie cutter formula, I was surprised to see this one use an idea that I don't think I've ever seen used before. I don't want to give to much away so I wont get into it but I'm interested in seeing where they take the story from here.
