Got the message and laughed some.

Worth watching in ott. Good performance from the lead, and most of the others. Liked the plot and change of events.

Felt a confused at the 'GOD' scenes.

I approached the movie without any predictions and expectations. So I really enjoyed watching it. And it must be said that it is not a film which is to be rated as a mere feel good one... But its has some essence. As a girl I'm proud about Archana and her words that it's not a broker or an astrologist who decide my life. The movie has a different pace. Aiswarya lekshmi has one of her best performances in it. She has proven that she is really skilled in handling an urban and rural character with the same enthusiasm. And the major factor which impressed me is its direction. Akhil anilkumar has nailed it. He could well capture the innocence, normality and togetherness of a village life. The space given for each and every character is appreciable. And the first combination shot of Aiswarya lekshmi and Indrans sir from Archana's home was such a good one which made my eyes well up. The scene had that much intensity only because of the direction quality. Also Characters like Shibu, Archana's father, kunjan always will stay in the heart giving a small pain. However there was some kind of missing here and there. A small void was felt in the whole scripting. But I enjoyed it really well. The movie has tried its best to deviate from the usual path of portraying female centric stories. Two types of opinion was heard before watch. So my request is not to bother those and just watch it and make your own view. It's a movie which will remain close to heart atleast for some. Nice experience. Akhil Anilkumar will evolve as one of the busiest directors in the near future for sure!!!

This movie may not be made to the taste of every person, but to disregard the intention and talent involved is ignorant.

Personally, I found the movie engaging and thought provoking. The talent involved deserves praise. Aishwarya Lakshmi, who delivers more than she is expected, is absolutely delightful to watch. Also, a special mention to Indrans who steals every frame he is in.

It is a simple story that empowers women to take centre stage and is commendable. It may not stand high on the cinematic experience, but the heart is in the right place.

Kudos to the cast and team!

Watched it and felt 'what is this!!!' at the end. Yes, it seems the filmmaker thought viewers will stand and clap at the climax 'punch'. But the exact opposite vibe is what viewers getting. The message is clear and notable, however the movie is a forgettable one.

No words to describe about the movie because it's the worst of worst. Try to avoid watching this shit and save your valuable time. Just a caution review is this. Dont know why this kind of movies is taken.

Actress acted very well, she expressed the emotions and aim of an ordinary independent village girl.

There is no plot, no story , not relevant to current situations. Humor is sick and third rate. Such movies should neeve rbe made. Was it a project to clean money?

Its a beautiful film. Lots of creative writing involved and complex emotions conveyed. Imagine a bride wielding AK47 to destroy everyone at her wedding. It is reflective of an answer to the world of shame we feel because of people who constantly judge us. Hope you find all such nuances when you watch it.

It looked exactly like my life story - Right now! That may be the reason why I was able to connect to every little detail - right from expressions to bg. Each and every character was super natural and hats off to the film maker. It is very tough for this society to accept such kind of harsh ending - but it was the right and best one ever!

Very well made movie, superb movie. We all enjoyed it. Director has done excellent job. Its much much better than those big star cast and boring climax .

Not sure why it did not work for so many reviewers... I liked this film - acting was good. The film was dragging a little bit, but I liked the storyline. Loved this film.

Especially the climax was good. I was bit surprised and feeling a bit let down initially, but thinking back, I liked this climax.

Aishwarya acting was excellent. But they did not really need these many characters (that already married cousin, the bunch of old guys, the politics among the neighbors etc.) Not sure what was the relationship between the heroine and cricket. Also - could not understand the meaning of that championship cup falling down from the almirah...

Definitely worth to watch.

Haven't seen anything like this before, truly original. A true thriller, movie will keep you at the edge of your seat for most of the time. Also has a very strong social message. Archana's acting is spectacular. Truly engaging and emotional content, beats many big budgeted movies . Although not available in Hindi was still able to follow the movie by the subtitles , hopefully versions in other language will come out soon. Again the old saying holds true it's not how much money you spend in a movie rather how much soul you have in a movie that really counts. Thoroughly enjoyed it, it has twists, suspense, surprise . Couldn't anticipate the final outcome until it was disclosed by the movie itself. Looking for more of this kind from the makers of this movie. Well done and thank you.

Simple yet Powerful movie! The movie is an eye-opener for India's marriage culture. Much needed at this time and for today's generation. Loved it! Though not related but somehow I remembered The Great Indian Kitchen! Independent girl leads society towards the right direction! Way to go! Wish there are lot of Archanas in our society!

All we can say is that Akhil Anilkumar is a true fighter for women's freedom from societal pressures. We're clapping for you sir, you are one of a kind 👏🏾 The movie was mind-blowing, it started on a simple note, then took a different turn that marveled us

-Aishwarya Lekshmi was the commander-in-chief of the film; she led us on a journey.

Her facial expression was interesting, she wasn't the happy-happy girl but the pensive one who bottled lots of feelings to please everyone.

-The screenplay was loaded with a variety of characters atypical to a story of this genre: the old vs young neighbors always bickering, a party of old men prone to dance and be loud, and a peculiar uninvited silent guest

-The editing was well executed with entertaining illustrations using cricket commentary to explain Archana's failed marriage proposals. The part when Archana eventually lashed out in anger was fantastic🤣

-The best scene was the end when Archana summoned all the courage to finally express herself and celebrate the 'uncelebratable', an example for many girls today!

-We need to also clap for the supporting cast as they did an amazing job 'supporting' Archana! They brought laughter, entertainment, and kept the story going

-Joyal Joji, the cinematographer, you are a gem, sir!!!

Waste of time.........................................The worst film ....i don't like to give one star ..but without one star I can't write review . That's the reason for one star.
