This movie is not my cup of tea at all. I gave up 2/3 of the way through. I only persevered that far because I'd paid for it.
There's some great morris teams involved, I just wish they had been in a different film.
Basically, this is a film about vigilantes. If you think vigilantes are a good thing and that violence and killing in a good cause is always worthwhile, then maybe you'll like this, but I don't fall into that category.
It also has lots of hand held camera work, which is something I really dislike.
The sound track (lots of drumming, with occasional music) is presumably intended to convey tension, but you can't do that for an entire movie without losing the impact.
The whole thing is paced around continual combat/violence and there's hardly any change of pace or contrast. (even the funeral goes for a menacing, revenge vibe)
I lost some of the finer details of the plot - the dialogue wasn't clear at one or two points, but it's easy to follow overall.
Drug dealers bad. People who attack drug dealers good.
That's it really.
Swearing doesn't bother me much, but if it bothers you, then note that there's an awful lot of it.
