Midas Man

A very watchable and engaging portrait of such an important figure of the twentieth century.

It shouldn't be forgotten The Beatles we so dearly love may not have come to fruition without this man's love for them and his passion and determination to ensure they succeeded.

His story needed to be told.

The film perfectly displays the stark contrast between the overt joy, positivity and honesty of Beatlemania and Brian's personal life.

A fantastic performance from the lead alongside a great supporting cast with a special mention to Blake Richardson (Paul McCartney)

We finally have an actor who accurately portrays McCartney and not the usual weak and meek figure presented in previous Beatles movies (Backbeat excluded)

It would have been nine stars if the Beatles music was available. The inclusion of "All you Need Is Love" in the closing scenes and Twist and Shout at The Royal Variety would have been very welcome.
