Each episode of Smeshariki is a story with several layers: a simple situation, a philosophy for an adult viewer, and a subtext. Watching each episode makes you think about a variety of things.

This soft reboot of one of my favorite shows is really good. I like the characters, stories, and a variety of other things! However, my critique is that it currently isn't really available to English speakers. As one of the Kikoriki fans who's a native English speaker and doesn't know Russian at the moment, I think they should dub this season to English and put it on a streaming site like Netflix. Even Youtube or Dailymotion would work too.

Other than that, I watched an episode last year in on youtube in Russian and with translated captions. I could barely understand it, but the animation was a significant upgrade from previous seasons and the story (from what I could understand) was really good.

I doubt the creators of this show are reading this, but if they are, PLEASE DUB THIS SEASON INTO ENGLISH!
