Sufiyaan and Imtiaz are like brothers, and together they run one of the biggest media houses in Manali. But what will happen when they both fall for the same woman- Kainaat? And whom will she choose - a good friend or a bebaak lover?

Bebakee is the story of Kainaat Sahni and Sufiyaan Alazi, two different yet strong and stubborn personalities. When their paths collide because of destiny and their shared love for journalism, they feel an intense passion for each other. Trouble is, they cannot figure out if this passion is love or hate. Kainaat, who comes from a simple, loving family, has her priorities straight and her ambitions in place. Sufiyaan comes from a rich but complicated setup, which makes him untrusting of love and girls. His life changes when he meets Kainaat, setting off a chain of events that threaten his family's togetherness and business.

Rounding off this trio is Imtiaz, a charming, caring and intelligent man who finds an instant kinship with Kainaat. Together, they have the ambition to make their company successful. They also form a love triangle that takes them by shock. Later, Sufiyaan, who doesn't know what love means, sets off on a destructive spree targeted at Kainaat and Imtiaz.

Sufiyaan and Imtiaz have been best friends since birth, as their fathers have been friends since 30 years. Aadil and Farhad run the top news network and media house in their state. Aadil has two wives - Rashida and Bhavna. He has 1 son from each wife - Sufiyaan from Rashida and Raahil from Bhavna. Farhad married Dana and had Imtiaz, Hamid and Farah. The boys get along fantastically, till the Sahni's come into the picture. The Sahni family consists of Inderpreet, Tahira, Kainaat, Harleen, Falak and Dilsher. Dana wants to separate the company, of which Farhad owns 70% and Adil owns 30%
