.. and I am glad I had the opportunity to spend some of mine with Cecilia's and her family's struggle to cope with Cecilia's disease. I give one star for Jostein Gaarders children's book about recognizing life and concede with death. Another star is given for the impressive adaption of the book into a this lovely movie expressing so many inner thoughts and feelings so transparently. I submit a star for Cecilia played talented by Maria Hagenrud and another star to Cecilia's family in their struggle to carry on. For all the "angeles" but especially to the angel Ariel for his blue eyes and childish curiosity towards life I give another star. I give a star for being a firsthand witness to a beautiful young love between boy and girl and one star for all pictures of fantastic snowy landscapes, romantic scenes from the lovely azure blue waters to close-ups of sweat drops from fewer on Cecilias face. I submit a star for all the tears I shed and another for all the laughter I laughed. This is indeed a fantastic movie about life, love and after life and should be viewed by anyone to whom these things might be of concern. As replacement for the Christmas star that was missing I give this movie my very last star and warmest recommendations.
