Taking same cast just for the sake of popularity makes the good script movie boring.

Story: During 1970's lot of Indian planes were hijacked. Terrorists got along with their demands. Bellbottom is a story where terrorists couldn't.

Cinematography: Justified. Airport, scenes like wedding arrangements, conference room have been constructed well.

Direction: Average, You don't feel like patiently watching the movie.

Acting (& music): Average. Where acting gains a little music loses a little.

Final Verdict: Akshay chose a movie which did no good. The movie appears blurred in its final half hour.

Story of the movie is good and Akshay's performance is just great. 1st half is lil bit slow but 2nd half is gripping Overall movie is great.

RAW is done great job for country but never get a praise this movie is telling itself the movie is good for one time watching..

Pakistani officials magically get to know what will happen and stop the indian forces. Cliched bollywood plot which distorts reality Average flick.

Bell Bottom is neither a brilliant nor a bad watch. It had an engaging screenplay mainly in the 2nd half. Didn't like the personal scenes of 1st half. Songs were really unnecessary & forgettable. Loved the strong background music.

Akshay is always perfect in these roles & no doubt he was very good here. Vaani & the other actors had nothing much to do. I liked Lara Dutta here and she was really unrecognizable. In the last, they tried to do something like airlift but it didn't work for me.

Overall, it's An Enjoyable Watch.

I watched the trailer then i read the wiki page of the movie and the incident. This movie is banned in 3 countries because the events depicted are inaccurate.

This is 2021 and a period when India is making great content in film and television. In midst of such a wonderful era we get films like this. If this was a straight-to-DVD flick it'd be ok. But this is a film which is heavily marketed and has one of the best superstars of Bollywood in the lead role. The trailer itself is cringe. It is very sad, most viewers will think of the events depicted in this film are true.

Lara Datta as former prime minister's is totally mind blowing. You will love her acting.

Very well scripted and performed movie. Yes, two songs did not need to be in the movie but everything else is well done. Totally worth your time. All the negative reviews are either people who like crap or do not appreciate well made movies or maybe....

When the trailer was out I had zero expectations from the movie as it was dud and I generally don't like movies of Akshay Kumar somehow I liked Hera pheri and Holiday. So I went to watch this movie without expecting anything but trust me the movie was worse than what I was expecting. Screenplay is very boring. Songs are very bad. Only Lara dutta's acting was good. Vfx used in the climax is like video game.

Length of the movie is 2 hrs but you will feel like 4 hours in theater.

Overall Bellbottom is not only a bad movie but also a torture for the eyes for it's repetitive storyline. It is the mixture of Bollywood movies like baby, holiday and Ye Dil Ashiqana. This movie is more contagious than Covid19. Avoid this movie if you want to stay alive. Watch Bhuj the pride of India instead. The name of this movie should have been Rock bottom.

The storyline of this movie was decent . It was good to see unsung story of another Raw agent. The ending was actually great. A fine performance by Ak. A fine thriller . Go for it.

The genre is good, the story is good but the presentation and the hatered is utter nonsense.

First half very boring. Slow paced and loose screenplay is big negative. Story build up is very slow with unwanted songs.

Second half movie story is paced and screenplay is also good but big negative point is that bgm and climax. Climax is fully failed and not impressed me. Without good fight scene movie feel very depressed. Length is very stretched by the director.

Akshay Kumar doing same job as usual like baby and airlift.

Director is a big villain for this script. He wasted a good script easily.

Overall a big boring movie.

Akshay sir return with a blockbuster. I'll definitely watch this movie with my friends.

His last film was laxmi superflop and now this and lara dutt played worst role of indira gandhi story writing was good but suspense was zero akshay film kesari was super hit but after this he is not selecting good scripts.

This film is one time watch...Bgm is great and climax is lit with good vfx...And the paid negativity can be seen for this movie by some new born Sushant singh bots...

Akshay kumar is in best form but he always makes the same nationality movie just poor.

This movie has opened the page pf unheard history of India. Indira Gandhi was the strongest prime minister of the country. Heads off to the lady.

Vani kapoor and Song are most downfall part of this movie btw Akshay Kumar is 100% suit and Story is very interesting but execution is not perfect so i am giving 7/10.
