The war declared by the detective Mahir on Hekimoglu comes to an end. It's finally the trial day and Hekimoglu may be jailed for up to ten years. As his colleagues try their best to save him, he makes an unexpected move and enrolls in a rehabilitation center as the last resort. Meanwhile, Hekimoglu's team tries to treat a firefighter in the hospital. The firefighter starts to feel freezing cold in the middle of an intense fire. In the absence of Hekimoglu, Zeynep is the one that comes up with an extraordinary solution to this unusual case.

Efe is a well-known young pianist who has savant syndrome. During a concert, he has a seizure and is admitted to the hospital. Efe had a traffic accident when he was a child which caused him to acquire a musical gift. The new patient, Efe, attracts Hekimoglu's attention immediately. A man named Alaz comes to the hospital and wants to take revenge shooting Hekimoglu. The man also gets shot by the security guards. While Hekimoglu questions why he was shot, he tries to solve a case. However, as the events unfold, he realizes that nothing seems as it really is.
