Storyline
Featured review
It slightly resembles film "Pieniądze to nie wszystko". This is a simple production which tells a story of some village people who are mostly unemployed. The leading character finds out that in the priest's shed there are statues of Lenin. The rumour is that a big diamond is hidden in one of the them. The main character tries to retrieve it by pretending to be a woman and working as a priest's maid.
The film is accompanied by very good cast including Tomasz Sapryk, Bogdan Łazuka and Krzysztof Kowalewski. At the end there are also cameos of some famous Polish football players. Overall, however, it is very average production. The dialogues are quite dull and there is little action going on. Presumably the movie loses a lot since it is based on TV series Skarb sekretarza from 2000. It is a harmless entertainment to watch once and forget it.
