The main actress is so bad, she has no facial expressions, however the rule requires a lot of emotion, but I couldn't get it from her.

The film is set in an apartment in Cairo, set in the past, the film shows a high level of cinematography and art-direction telling the stages that the main character, Durrya, a widow going through hallucinations and battling her own demons in the closed apartment.

The film visually interprets the stages of mental deterioration that Durrya numbly goes through. With minimal dialogue, Durrya's struggle to come to terms with her loss and pregnancy is depicted through the fresh first time actors and remarkable art direction.
