  Jake : [Kayako's death rattle is heard] 

  Jake : No. She's here! Let me out! She's here!

  Jake : [Jake waves his hands at the camera to try to get the orderly's attention] 

  Jake : [Kayako's hands grab Jake's wrists] 

  Jake : [Kayako breaks Jake's wrists and throws him around the room, much to the confusion of the orderly] 

  Orderly : [Picks up phone]  Dr. Sullivan? You better get down here.
