In the Roxy Music "If There is Something" song scene young Joe wears a Leopard skin jacket identical to one worn by Bryan Ferry on the inside cover photo of the debut album by Roxy Music. His hair is styled like Bryan Ferry in the photo and the plush white fur carpet they lay on looks much like what the model is sprawled upon on the 1st Roxy album cover photo gate fold..
Baillie Walsh, this feature film's director, also directed its star Daniel Craig in a television commercial (tvc). This TV advert was 'Bond in Sony High Definition' (2008) (V), which debuted in the same year as both this picture, and the James Bond movie 'Quantum of Solace' (2008) starring Craig. The tvc was a promotional tie-in with the latter.
Since 2012, the site which was used for adult Ruth's farm, just south of the M40 motorway, has been redeveloped with new houses and farm buildings.
