The pretense that the host is objectively looking at evidence is entirely quashed by the nonsense script and terrible acting. I will watch more, however, as it is unintentionally hilarious.
I was hoping this series would provide new information, with facts and science behind each episode, otherwise, there really is no point to dredging up the same stories we've seen and read about for years. I don't really expect them to "solve" each mystery, or that would be a headline. However, the episode on the Salem witches had me disappointed. There was some history that was never dealt with, namely Cotton Mather. He was a prominent figure and had great influence on the Salem trials and yet, there was no mention of him at all. This now leads me to bring every episode into question as to how carefully or in depth is the provided information.

Ugh, nothing new to see here, folks. Two thirds of the show is re-stating history and stories and one third is the detective with some rando sensitive person that rarely does anything to further the investigation and usually just slows it down. She is good about not jumping onto seeming connections and conspiracy theories, but it is just not enough with a sea of these shows out there. There are youtube series that are more informative than this and offer some sort of new information most of the time.

Started watching with Roswell and was pretty intrigued. Most of the episodes have been really good and I like that the host looks at different angles. Shes tough with some of the guests but I guess thats what detectives do so it makes sense.
PLEASE look into Rendlesham and do an episode on this because I dont think anyone else could be honest about what happened there.PLEASE.

Not only jumped it, rocketed over the cattle-mutilated mystery shark-shaped apparition in a top secret military paranormal ghost time-traveling alien spacecraft.
Season one was an intelligent revisit to the kinds of "mysteries" that have kept Ancient Aliens on the air for eighteen seasons. The host would visit these "mysteries" and debunk them through a combination of common sense and logical reasoning. It was intelligent.
Intelligence is in short supply these days and this show used up its allotment, so late in Season one and now in Season two the show started treating the audience with contempt by presenting as fact the standard "mystery" tripe: baseless claims, wishful thinking, honest mistakes, and the usual gang of say-anything-for-a-buck pseudo-experts with made up qualifications the producers of these kinds of shows have on speed dial.
Eight stars for season one up until the final few episodes where they started pairing the once credible Jennifer with a deluded believer in whatever they were investigating. No stars for season two, which is an embarrassingly forced cartoony rehash of Ancient Alien Skinwalker Ranch Ghost Adventure Scooby Doo. The average is four stars, so, four stars.

I'm often frustrated with these types of shows as they dramatically enhance events to make good TV, but this host is a bit different and she wants to understand the science behind things and is somewhat sceptical which I like. She tries to give a view from both sides.
I am very disappointed in the host of the show. There has been a couple episodes where there is enough proof that there is something going on that is definitely not right, and she refuses to see it and says it's not going on. She's definitely got to be an agent of the government that's trying to cover up they're secret projects that they don't want us, the American public to know. I definitely won't be watching it anymore because she is nothing but a fake and shame on her trying to cover up the government's dealings!!

So, we watched the show. We gave it a few episodes before we came to our opinion. It is so embarrassing how invalid it is. I guess she just wants to be on TV, more than creditable.
Salem witch projects was due to food poisoning and syphilis. To not know that and put it in tv as an investigator is asinining and dumbfounding. That is just one example of misinformation and awful investigating skills. I have company watching with me correcting what is being told by her testimonials. So her conclusions are subpar at best.
Hopefully she was better in the Navy. She mentions is often.
What a waste of time!

I was a very big fan of the 1970's series, In Search Of hosted by Leonard Nimoy. I don't really think that Leonard Nimoy was involved in any of the investigations but Jennifer Marshall is. For that reason I much prefer Mysteries Decoded. Jennifer Marshall is a superb host and an excellent investigator. Mysteries Decoded is currently the only TV series that I watch faithfully at this time. I am definitely a fan of both her and her show.

This show doesn't even try to humor you.
Oh, going into an old 1800's house? Looks newly built with no dirt or cobwebs.
Is that girl a psychic? Or a ghost Hunter? I dunno. I grew up in a house with a ghost, and I feel them. I think she's just a bad actor.

I enjoy this show. It fills a void in the numerous shows exploring various paranormal, UFO and cryptid subjects. With the level headed curiosity, skepticism and investigative skills, all of which the host, Jennifer Marshall, posesses. Each episode is well executed.
My only problem with the show is the limited number of episodes, considering the many individual subjects that fall within its parameters. There should be several shows dedicated to a single subject. The limitations inherent in each show make the subject seem crammed into a single show.
All in all, I gave this show a 10. Enjoy it.

It's clear that Jennifer Marshall is a Government agent and knowingly covering up the truth about these phenomenons! Good thing that some of us have brains and can put 2+2 together on our own and make our own conclusions from the evidence presented!

Lets starts with the host. Jennifer Marshall who states she was the in NAVY and a Private Investigator! She leaves out that she is an actress! Having seen shows with Jennifer Marshall one will see her acting skills an minimal and not good. One can only hope her private investigating skills are better! However since she seems to have been acting since 2005 I am guessing her investigating skill are as bad her acting. This show is so fake it is funny more then likely the good reviews are from people from teenagers to under 25! The things she investigates are a laughable or have already been covered many times usually better then Jennifer Marshall and her guest co host coverage!

It's really fun to see these mysteries approached from a trustworthy source. Jennifer Marshall is a Navy veteran and Private Investigator. She considers the facts with logic and an open-minded. I love watching her interact with her co-hosts, with believers, with witnesses, and with the unexplainable.

I've only seen a couple of episodes but so far I am very impressed with this show hosted by Jennifer Marshall. What an impressive resume. A true renaissance woman. Anyway, I appreciate the level-headed approach to the sometimes whackadoodle conspiracy theories and histrionic speculation that plague most of these programs. She uncovers the true story behind the urban myths that gullible birdbrains cling to. It was a pleasure to see some burst bubbles of those whose whole reason for being centers on the existence of Bigfoot, for example. But she is kind and polite, if no-nonsense. I will definitely be looking at more episodes. I hope she keeps up the good work. Would love to see her partner up with Josh Gates.

I am typically not one for conspiracy theories but this show has me enjoying them.
Ms Marshall gives various witness accounts and possible facts. She has me wondering if some of the stories are true. I look forward to what they show next.
The world is a mystery and this show helps me wonder how many mysterious are out there.
I recommend this show for conspiracy theorists and those who are non believers.
Great host who makes you feel like a friend and gets your mind thinking. Good luck on the show! I know I'll keep watching.

Jennifer Marshall seems very objective. She asks good questions and doesn't just accept everything.
Some of the past series like this seem to abhor skepticism over enthusiastic acceptance of anything with shock value.
Her measured approach is refreshing.
Jennifer tells it as she sees it and does her research. She's been around the block and knows when to ask the right questions.

Old or new topics and angles, A good watch.
Looking up the host's background, nice to see she's experienced many aspects in life from being in the military, to civilian life, to the entertainment business, is involved with non profits etc.etc.
That makes for much better watching of each episode knowing she's well rounded both in life and reporting on it.

Jennifer Marshall has an intriguing and objective approach to seeking the truth. Her varied professional experiences add to zest of the show. Some of these topics are quite serious and her approach keeps you wanting to dig in and know more! Super fun and a must watch!

The series is awesome for most types of theorysts, MOST. I think that some of newer viewers are watching the series to learn about mythical creatures. And sure, there is a episode about Mothman and few other creatures but i would like this one that i have in mind to be done. Creature i am thinking about is The Rake.
I am not going to spoil anything or talk about it learn about it on wiki or remaining videos that were not removed.

Although it started out like many other investigative shows pertaining to paranormal places and events; the conjuring house and the Salem witch trials, the shows manages to stand on its own. With Jennifer Marshall taking the lead as she travels around the world visiting and doing her own research performing her own interviews with residents in the area to gain new information regarding events we did not yet know. I was already very much excited to see the show and I can't wait for the next season. Some episodes are fun and some have an eeriness to them that can be just as fun because who doesn't love to be scared!
