ETonline takes a look at this week's 'DWTS' routines.
This week's episode of DWTS was a special My Jam Monday edition, where the songs were chosen by contestants who were able to dance to any music they chose. The routines were hot, the judges were excited, and the stars were ready to show how much they had improved from last week.
Let's take a look at the individual dance numbers and see whose gotten better and who the judges think need more work.
Mma Fighter and Expendables 3 star Randy Couture and pro Karina Smirnoff
Dance: Cha Cha
Song: '(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction' (cover)
As new host Julianne Hough said, "What a great way to start the night." The audience loved the military-themed routine and were on their feet cheering their hearts out as the number ended. It energized the crowd. Len, Julianne and Bruno all agreed that it was tremendously entertaining, but Couture...

A few weeks ago, in anticipation of Guardians of the Galaxy's theatrical release, I wrote about the Curse of Tor Johnson, named after the old-school wrestler (and Ed Wood muse) who may have also been responsible for 50 years of terrible performances from professional wrestlers.
Since I wrote for WWE's Monday Night Raw for about six months, I wondered if the presence of Dave Bautista, a former champion, would jinx Guardians' box-office mojo. Three weeks into its theatrical run (and more than $175 million in receipts later), it's safe to say the Curse has been broken.

The lineup that Sylvester Stallone has pulled together for the third installment of his Expendables film series is positively insane. Expendables 3's roster reads like a who's who of movie badasses from past and present, so why not show them all off with a little Sly swagger and explosions? Enter the brand new motion poster you see above. Sylvester Stallone co-wrote The Expendables 3, and in this action-packed adventure he reprises his role as Barney Ross. This time around, his titular team will have to do battle with an unhinged arms dealer. Joining Sly for this wild ride is Jason Statham (The Transporter), Jet Li (Unleashed), Antonio Banderas (Desperado), Dolph Lungren (Universal Soldier), Ufc Fighter Randy Couture, Mma fighter Ronda Rousey in her film debut, Kelsey Grammer (Transformers: Age of Extinction), Terry Crews (The Expendables 2), Kellan Lutz (The Legend of Hercules), Mel Gibson (Maverick), and Stallone's old Demolition Man...

There are plenty of illusions in sports that fans allow to assume reality. We’re all guilty of, at one time or another, telling ourselves that this year is the year for our team. I know I’ve convinced myself on numerous occasions that my team’s latest acquisition would not be a bust even though he is known as an underachiever. And who hasn’t truly believed that their guy could defeat the heavy favorite? That’s what being a sports fan is all about. There is one misconception, however, that we all happily accept as truth because, without it, sports would mean nothing. We can’t be faulted for accepting the blatant deception as athletes themselves fall victim to it from time to time. The professional sports that we live and breathe are not sports at all. They are all businesses that make business-driven decisions to attract the casual fan.

Mixed Martial Arts, in its current inception, is a sport. When it began 20 years ago, it wasn’t. Not because it was more violent, which it was, but because it wasn’t conceived or presented as a sport. It was designed, in equal parts, as an earnest attempt to pit one martial arts style against another and as a violent spectacle. The Ufc was started, essentially, as a live-action martial arts infomercial by the Gracie family, the pioneers of Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, who were anxious to demonstrate their vastly superior style against all comers, as they had been doing in Brazil for half a century. Matches generally weren’t the brutal blood-sport people might expect. More often than not, they were simply ugly fights between frequently unskilled competitors.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship has come a long way from staging bare-knuckle fights between sumo wrestlers and karate experts on Indian reservations. Over the past few years, the organization — and the sport of mixed martial arts in general — has blossomed into a worldwide phenomenon that regularly draws millions of pay-per-view buys and sells out arenas across the country. They have enjoyed unprecedented success and have broken a handful of stars (including Chuck Liddell, Brock Lesnar and Randy Couture). It will probably never be as mainstream as the owners and supporters believe it will be, but it has definitely replaced boxing (and professional wrestling) as the spectator fight sport of choice.
After a few years of interest and several pay-per-view parties, I finally got the opportunity to experience Ufc in a live setting on Saturday night (March 19) when they came to the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. It was an...

Also Cast In 'The Expendables 2,' So We Guess That's Now Moving Ahead Too Randy Couture's Hollywood career has come a long way, relatively speaking, since appearing as Fighter #8 in "Cradle 2 the Grave." This summer he had his biggest role to date alongside his fellow no-neck enthusiasts in "The Expendables," and now he's set to take his lumbering physique and cauliflower ears over to a new movie where he won't have to stretch his slim acting talents too much. Couture has joined the currently filming heist flick "Set Up," featuring Bruce Willis, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, Ryan Phillippe…...
