Dave and the Teenager

Dave and June have some new neighbors moving in to their apartment. They are going to be living across the hall. Dave runs into the daughter, who is fourteen years old, carrying packages in. He helps her carry some in to the hallway. Her name is Betty.

June tells David that she has already met Betty's mother. Betty comes over and asks if she could borrow a hammer. David lends her theirs and June says they should go over to help them hang pictures.

It becomes clear that Betty has developed a crush on David. June and the rest of the Nelsons begin to tease Dave about it. It becomes very annoying to him after a while.
