Are you a fan of gambling? Enjoy movies about Vegas? Then you might get something from 'Beating Blackjack'. From the company Expert Insight, it follows their formula of having a host known in their field walk you thru how to improve. Here Andy Bloch - once part of the MIT group of players who successfully counted cards at casinos - shows you how it can be done. If you aren't here for strategy, there's a slightly cheesy story on hand as well.
A video like this (if we're being honest) is gonna attract novice or intermediate gamblers already familiar with BJ. I know it gave me an itch to play even if I didn't know how to count cards. My local casino at the time used automatic six deck shufflers between hands making counting a moot point anyhow. If you happen to find yourself being able to play in a spot where counting is possible - this video covers every topic nicely and the visuals might help versus reading a book about it.
2/3's of the way thru the fictional story kicks off as the middle aged Bloch and his younger crew put their skills to use trying to take down a nice profit at a casino. It's not all that exciting and cliche to the max. At the end of the day 'Beating Blackjack' offers value in learning how to count cards even if the landscape has changed. Meaning it's not the easy ticket to money as you're lead to believe.
