- Gloves were added to the Hired Muscle outfit. They were only visible in cutscenes on PSP
- The WinterGreen bike received a bigger windescreen
- The rampage for killing bikers with the Mac-10 was moved a little further to a new location
- The sniper scope received a green tint
- It's easier to see the trash such as leaves and newspapers around the city
- Some of the map was changed for the new stunt jumps, such as the construction site and chunder wheel
- PS2 has better draw distance, better textures and runs at a higher resolution than the PSP
