ACID RAIN has nothing to do with acid rain. Why this film received this unfortunate title I really am not sure, as it really has to do with a man trying desperately to find his psychotic brother before it's too late....
This is a very well made and taut little film. Despite only being about ten minutes long, this film manages to tell a story and tell it well--with a dandy little twist at the end. You'll have to watch it yourself to see what I mean. The only reservation I have is that many will no doubt find the topic very disturbing--it is a very unsettling film to say the least--particularly in light of several well publicized school shootings. Still, you gotta admire the exceptional direction, script, tense sound track and especially editing--it's very professional looking and gets its message across loud and clear.
