When Jack is pretending to be a doctor (to please his grandfather), Janet is pretending to be his patient and he calls her "Mrs. Fordwick." John Ritter left "The Waltons" for his role in Three's Company. That role was "Reverend Matthew Fordwick."

Goofs
Although possible, it is very unlikely that Jack's visiting grandfather would be that young. With Jack being about 30, his grandfather barely seems 70. They should have had an older man play his grandfather.
