- Taj Mahal Badalandabad leaves Coolidge College behind for the halls of Camford University in England, where he looks to continue his education, and teach an uptight student how to make the most out of her academic career.
- Having graduated in the U.S. as a Van Wilder disciple, now self-confident Taj Mahal arrives as 'don' (teaching assistant) history at England's super-prestigious Camford. He falls victim to the haughty, aristocratic leading fraternity's president Pip's usual prank for 'commoners', landing in the derelict 'barn' with other 'social outcasts'. But Taj decides to band the rejects into a new fraternity, Cocks and Bulls, which under his leadership challenges Pip's in the annual all-round excellence championship.—KGF Vissers
- After helping Van, the local hero of Coolidge College, graduate in Van Wilder (2002), his loyal personal assistant Taj Badalandabad, flies across the pond to attend Camford University. Eager to follow in his father's footsteps, and become a member of the prestigious Fox and Hounds fraternity, instead, Taj finds himself tossed out by president Pip, and the rest of his snobby friends, on account of a clerical error. Now it is up to Taj and a handful of other rejects to right a wrong, teach them a lesson, and get the girl. Can they beat them at their own game?—Nick Riganas
- Taj Mahal Badalandabad, of East Indian origin, lives in Coolidge, U.S.A. along with his dad Dilip, mom, and sister. After hearing about his dad's exploits at Camford University in Britain, he re-locates there. When he arrives he is royally received by the elite, only to be humiliated and told this reception was because of a 'typographical error'. He thus re-locates to his new quarters in a distant wreck of a building called the 'barn'--reserved for 'losers'. When he gets over this welcome, Taj must now come to terms with the Queen's language, her dialect, and the racial profiling ('Curry-breath', 'Paki'), and a busty Charlotte Higginson, who is not only better at fencing, but is also intent on ensuring his dismissal. Hilarious results follow when Taj decides to fight the Queen and her people at their own game(s) with help from of fellow losers and a horny bulldog.—rAjOo ([email protected])
- Taj Badalandabad (Kal Penn), the personal assistant to local hero Van Wilder, has just graduated Coolidge College and is now on his way to England's Camford University. Taj plans to follow in the footsteps of his father Dilip (Kulvinder Ghir) - not only by obtaining a degree, but also to become a member of an exclusive campus Fraternal Guild, the Fox and Hounds, where Taj hopes he will become the next generation of Badalandabads to be deservedly nicknamed the "Sultan of Snatch."
However, when Taj arrives at Camford, he is told by Pip Everett, the Earl of Grey (Daniel Percival), the arrogant leader of the Fox and Hounds, that there had been a mistake and he has actually not been accepted into the Fraternal Guild. Alexandra (Amy Steel) and Penelope (Beth Steel) work for Pip at the Fox and Hounds club. Heartbroken, Taj, with his faithful bulldog Ballzac in tow, instead takes the only housing opening available on campus and becomes the "Head of House" for a group of student misfits - Sadie (Holly Davidson), a gorgeous but foul-mouthed Cockney girl, Seamus (Glen Barry), an English-hating Irishman, Gethin (Anthony Cozens), a nerd (who studies maths and quantum Physics, and is looking to get laid), and Simon (Steven Rathman), a kid who rarely talks.
Stuck with a band of misfits, Taj considers what Van Wilder would do in the same unpleasant situation, and in classic "Van" fashion he decides to take on the challenge and turn the house around. At the campus Society Inaugural Ball, Taj announces to the pompous crowd that he and his new friends are starting their own exclusive society - the Cock and Bulls. In addition, the Cock and Bulls declare that they are going to compete in the venerable Hastings Cup, an ongoing series of campus academic events and athletic competitions. Also, as part of his duties, Taj finds out that he will be a history teacher to his new friends and that his teaching supervisor will be Charlotte Higginson (Lauren Cohan), an English beauty who just happens to be dating Pip Everett. Taj is instantly attracted to Charlotte. Charlotte meanwhile is frustrated with Pip since he has a "day" of the week to even have sex.. he is too primp and proper for her taste and too self absorbed
Taj and Charlotte clash over Taj's unconventional teaching methods (he gets his class to throw out their book as they are so boring) (Charlotte beats Taj at fencing to teach him a lesson and they start getting attracted to each other) (Taj takes his class out for a tour of London, to teach them actual history, and Charlotte loves it) (They re-enact the battle of Agincourt with a game of paintball) until Charlotte points out that his new friends are in danger of flunking out of school because their grades are so low. Taj takes Charlotte's challenge to heart and starts turning them around - their grades as well as their self-esteem. The Cocks and Bulls are losing at the Hastings Cup too as the competition is not all fun and games as Taj imagined it to be. Meanwhile, much to the fury of Pip Everett, not only are the Cock and Bulls catching up to the Fox and Hounds in the Hastings Cup (Sadie wins the beer drinking contest by distracting her competitors with her wet tits) (Gethin helps them win the mastermind challenge, a quiz show) (Seamus helps them win the rugby challenge), but Taj and Charlotte are spending a lot of time together. Taj starts to have feelings for Charlotte..
Pip sets out to get rid of Taj by attempting to humiliate him at the Royal Literary Ball (Taj recites an impromptu poem and ends up winning the admiration of Provost Cunningham (Jonathan Cecil)) and then sabotaging Ballzac at the Camford Dog Show (They try to feed Ballzac some steroids, but Taj sees that switches the feed to their own entry to the dog show.. As a result Pip's dog Chauncey enters the competition with a hard-on, creates a chaos and helps Balzac win), but both cases backfire and Pip ends up the one embarrassed. Much to Pip's dismay, Taj and Charlotte are clearly falling in love and the Cock and Bulls are moving into a close second behind the Fox and Hounds. Pip decides to set up Taj and the Cock and Bulls by planting stolen test exams in their house (Penelope is in love with Gethin and Pip uses the fact that she and Alexandra are twins. He uses Alexandra to enter the Cock and Bulls house, posing as Penelope and plant the stolen test papers). The plan works temporarily, and they are about to get expelled until Taj steps up and takes the blame for the theft - on the condition that his team are allowed to stay in school. The school Provost agrees to the terms, and Taj has to leave Camford. Angst-ridden, Charlotte tells Taj she never wants to see him again.
The Cock and Bulls are now left to compete in the final event of the Hastings Cup without their courageous leader. But when Charlotte finds evidence that proves Taj's innocence (She knows it was Alexandra who entered the house that night and not Penelope), she and Taj rush to the Hastings Cup, just in time for Taj to compete against Pip in the final event - fencing. An angry and vengeful Pip makes sure that the fencing match degenerates into an all-out sword fight, but in the end, Taj defeats Pip and the Cock and Bulls win the Hastings Cup. Pip gets expelled for planting the exams while Taj and Charlotte happily begin a new life together.
