Generally I do like Burbank Animation Studios' animations. They do have limitations but they also mostly have a certain charm. Easter in Bunnyland is not bad. It is not among Burbank's worst like D4: The Trojan Dog, Hercules, The Hunchback of Notre Dame and The Little Drummer Boy, on the other hand it is not among Burbank's better efforts like Count of Monte Cristo, White Fang, Hans and the Silver Skates and Hansel and Gretel. It does have its good points, the music is appropriately sweet and whimsical, the story is not unfamiliar territory and while on the predictable side is charming and skips along nicely, the lead characters are likable enough and the voice acting for the lead characters while not great is decent and not too cheesy or annoying like D4: Th Trojan Dog. Conversely, the animation does lack vibrancy and lacked finesse often, for a cartoon about Easter you would expect a lot of colour and fluency, but somehow for me it seemed flat. The dialogue is rather trite and even groan-worthy in places. I liked the lead characters, but found the villains rather stereotyped and uninteresting with voices that do sound clichéd and overly-obvious that they are what they are. Overall, not bad but also nothing great. 5/10 Bethany Cox
