The Big House was originally green lit and later cancelled by ABC, sadly Kevin Hart and the cast only found out moments before the show was to be announced.
This was Kevin Hart's take on a reverse Fresh Prince Of Belair (1990), with Hart's character moving from his rich family to a working-class family in Philadelphia. The show starred Hart when he was only 24 years old, and premiered and ended within the same month of April 2004.
