(at around 36 mins) When Blade jumps out of the window after collecting his sword from the police station a large amount of glass hits the floor where he lands. When we cut back to Blade kneeling where he landed, the smashed glass has disappeared.
The position of Hannibal King's tattoo/gliph changes from very low in his pelvic area in one scene to right under his waist line in a late scene.
(at around 9 mins) At the beginning of the movie we see Blade being filmed while he shoots the ersatz vampire. Just before Blade runs away from the "murder scene" we see the photographer put the camera down and start laughing. But, when we see the film on the computer screen, we see Blade running away.
(at around 31 mins) Early in the movie in the interrogation room, a side shot shows Asher with a cigarette in his mouth as he undoes Blade's restraints. In the next shot, the cigarette disappears.
(at around 33 mins) When Blade throws Jarko through a metal door the door dents, but in the next shot the door is smooth again.
After recovering a single small piece of Drake's armor, they extrapolate an image of his full suit of armor. This is impossible. The only way they could show the full suit would be if they had that armor on record and matched the piece they had to it. Extrapolating without such a record would be like finding a single screw and extrapolating a jumbo jet from it without knowing what a jumbo jet is.
On Disc 2, in the Weapons Gallery, when reading about the "Plague Arrows", the spelling is "vile", when it should be "vial".
Drake appears to have a scar on his chest. Although this series' vampires do not scar, this appears to be a tribal marking (perhaps denoting status as the first vampire), not a scar from an injury.
(at around 33 mins) When Blade kicks Jarko across the room and through the wall at the police station, the wall collapses well before Jarko hits it.
(at around 1h 30 mins) During the fight between Jarko and Hannibal, there are a few punches that clearly don't hit the other person, yet they stumble back as if they've been hit.
(at around 1 min) The helicopters at the opening all have US registrations (N-XXXXX). This seems highly unlikely in the Syrian desert.
(at around 34 mins) When Hannibal and Abigail come to Blade's rescue at the station, one of the guards uses his club on Blade, who bends it like rubber.
When Blade and Drake are on the rooftop and Drake is holding a baby, in a couple shots, it's very clearly a doll.
(at around 1h 2 mins) When Blade and Abigail walk up on the Chief and Virago, you can hear Abigail's pistol cock when she pulls it out but the hammer is not drawn nor does she release it.
When the vampires enter the building in the Syrian desert at the start of the film as the floor begins to collapse a crew member can be seen moving around at the bottom right corner of the screen.
(at around 51 mins) When Abigail is on the upper deck of the parking garage with Blade and King, the camera crew is visible as a reflection in her red mirrored sunglasses.
(at around 43 mins) Hannibal says that they found Drake in Iraq. However in the beginning of the movie they state it is the Syrian Desert. This plot point was a last minute change (see trivia).
In one of the motorcycle street shots halfway through the movie, on the left of the screen the stationary camera clearly shows the sign for the Vancouver City Police's East Hastings detachment, including phone number.
(at around 56 mins) When Blade chases Drake on to the roof top with the baby, you can see the logo for The Bay, a Canadian retailer with no stores in America.
(at around 44 mins) As Drake is walking through the city night time approaching the "Little Shop of Horrors" collectible store, before he confronts Blade the first time in the movie, there's a lighted sign for a bookshop/TV/Net Media place that has a BC, Canada city and postal code quite visible (West Hastings - V6B 1H6).
(at around 43 mins) When Drake is taking his first walk in the day, the traffic stops at the red light and you can see the news van for City Pulse news, a local Vancouver station. Two Canada Post trucks can also be seen in the intersection.
(at around 1 min) As the vampires get out of the helicopter in Iraq one holds an M60 Light Machine Gun, a belt fed weapon, but the weapon does not have an ammunition link going into it. There are no belts of ammo anywhere on the vampire and nowhere for him to carry it. Why carry a weapon with no ammunition?
(at around 2 mins) In Blade II (2002), there's a scene where it's pointed out that vampires can see quite well in the dark. In the opening of Blade: Trinity, when the vampires find Drake's resting place, they use numerous lighting devices to see in the dark caverns.
