I managed to force myself to watch 3 episodes of this show, hoping it would improve. It did not. It was a nightmare. To call this show amateur would be an insult to amateur comedians who can sometimes be very funny. Jessica Holmes is painful to watch. Who is responsible for green-lighting this show? It feels like a Canadian content filler program "Bob, is that young woman still sitting out in the waiting room? Jessica Something? Why don't we let her do a show, and we'll let your brother direct it."
Come on. This country is full of funny people: let's see some of them on TV.

This was a horrible 1st show. Sad...Sad...Sad... This certainly was not a hilarious, edgy, Carol-Burnett-style sketch comedy. Please!!!!! Miss Holmes your impersonations of Liza and Jennifer Tilley sounded exactly the same. Not funny. Not funny. Even when you corsped it wasn't funny. I can't believe something like this has been produced. I thought us Canadians were supposed to be funny but apparently some of us are not.....I certainly will not be watching it again....
Jessica Holmes has her funny moments. She can actually be funny. Luckily Kurt Smeaton and Roman Danylo are even funnier and tend to carry the show themselves even. Sometimes they do tend to 'milk'a good sketch a little too much and tend to carry on one that would be better off short, but still entertaining. I even enjoy it when they crack up, it's refreshing to see loose acting that doesn't take itself too seriously, remains funny, and enjoys itself when it's being done. Though I do wish Jessica Holmes would be a little more interactive with her audience during the opening to the show. Maybe she does live or something but on TV it just show her saying hi, doing a short character and then going to the show.
