In the cutscene before Chapter 4, Barnacle Boy says "Look kid you are beginning to bug me now! One of my favorite kelp bars would be great. Key kid, you can only get them in Bikini Bottom!" Although first of all, the cutscene takes place in Bikini Bottom and Chapter 1 is way passed. Barnacle Boy was meant to say "Rock Bottom".

The story is that it is Patrick's Birthday and SpongeBob wants to get him the best birthday present ever! A signed photograph of Mermaid Man & Barnacle Boy! So SpongeBob does whatever they tell him to do so he can get the signed photograph and give his friend the best present ever! SpongeBob comes across multiple types of bosses! Like the Mother Jellyfish, the Sub-Shark, the Parastic Worm, the Flying Dutchnan, and the unforgettable Iron Dogfish! Go on, give the game a try! It might just make your day better!
