This series portraits the "everyday" life of the officers at Gronland
police station in central Oslo. Good stories and interesting characters makes this the best
series of its type ever made in Norway. Highly recommended !!!!!!!!!

This was Norway's attempt at producing an NYPD Blue-series back home. It failed in every way.
The production value is very low and the dialogue is embarrassing at best. I don't understand how so many (quite) famous actors in Norway agreed to perform the lines as presented in the script. It is not even remotely realistic, and it is, as mentioned, painfully embarrassing to watch. I bet the real policemen and women of Oslo watch this at their annual Christmas parties and laugh at it.
It is for the best to forget that this show was ever produced.

One can clearly see that money has been spent on making this show. The actors and actresses are all highly professional, and some of the performance of the guests actors are breathtaking according to Norwegian standards. The cinematography is superb and the four directors has added personality and originality to the show. The look and the feel of the first 12 episodes is a mix between the top rating show in America, NYPD Blue ( not that strange when the production company brought in help from one of the creators of NYPD Blue ) and the Danish show TAXA. The camera is always searching and on the lookout for the most interesting viewpoints.
Bad norwegian series. Not specially fun. Its about a police station in Norway. Nothing special, just normal policework. Nothing to be sad for if you miss this series.
They desperately tried to rip off NYPD Blue. But they fail miserably. Other than that, it provides a fairly OK view on how the everyday life in the norwegian capital city is like. I don't watch it though. :)
