While Dr. Dred is determined to make the world unhappy by broadcasting that it's his birthday, Toad and Vampira work to capture the Drak Pack as a surprise birthday present. The Drak Pack tries to shut down both activities.
Dr. Dred and O.G.R.E. have been lurking around a pirate-themed water park in order to find an actual pirate treasure hidden on the property. The Drak Pack tries to stop them, but find that sometimes their own fame can get in the way.

Dr Dred and O.G.R.E. scare all of the guests away from a Florida beach resort with the intent of taking over the hotel and offering its amenities solely to criminals.
Dr. Dred films and releases a movie that makes the Drak Pack look like bullies and thus damages their reputation.. He wants to make a follow-up film that will blame them for the destruction of Big-D.
Dr. Dred invents a camera that can turn any person or object into a two dimensional picture. It gets switched with the camera of a butterfly enthusiast and both the Drak Pack and O.G.R.E. try to get it back.
When Big-D sends the Drak Pack on a top secret mission to Transylvania to retrieve a mysterious package, Dr. Dredd becomes determined to find out what it is.
