Production designer Amedeo Fagi confirmed in 2015 (at the Cinema Trevi in Rome) that the film was never completed.
If anything remains after all these years it would be the dailies or rushes in the production company vaults.
The film appears to have 'vanished' upon completion, with no record of release. However, various regional TV stations did announce recently of intending to air the film, but they replaced it with another movie at the last minute.
