Ilmar Raag promised to make worst movie in history of Estonia, but I think he failed. In spite of very-very low budget (about 100 dollars?), Tappev Tartu (Killing Tartu) has everything a good movie needs: romance, explosions, special effects, fighting scenes, witty dialogues and unpredictable storyline.
