Goofs

Android 18 has red eyes in one frame when she is trying on clothes.

Yajirobe is, apparently, nowhere to be seen though there is no scene of him being killed by the Androids or in hiding with the others (this is explained in a flashback in the series, however, in which the Androids do indeed kill him.)

The Z-Fighter death scenes shown here contradict those shown in the Cell Saga in the series.

The Androids at one point, to Gohan and Trunks, say something along the lines of "you two again?", however at this point they had only fought Gohan and were not familiar with Trunks, yet somehow seem to know who he is.

During his final battle, Trunks gets knocked into a building and is seen with his normal hair. However, when he is later knocked out of the building, he is shown as a Super Saiyan.
