- Laura Harriman: Carol.
- [Carol turns around startled by Laura]
- Laura Harriman: Did I startle you?
- Carol Martin: What's the matter with Bob?
- Laura Harriman: He's about to lose another wife.
- Carol Martin: What?
- [Carol is confused by Laura's remark and Laura violently pushes Carol down the stairs, Laura walks down the stairs and opens Bob's medical pouch and takes out a insulin syringe]
- Laura Harriman: Poor thing, don't she know that too much insulin could make her dizzy?
- [Laura flicks the syringe]
- Laura Harriman: Even kill her?
- Laura Harriman: [Laura has just finished killing a woman by stabbing her violently with a syringe] Potassium chloride does it every time.
- Laura Harriman: [to Karen] I made you some tea.
- [Laura sets down the tea]
- Laura Harriman: I want to tell you something, I really admire you.
- [they both start drinking their tea tea]
- Laura Harriman: You have it all. An exciting career, a family who loves you, a handsome man who cares for you. And I think you love him too. I know it's none of my businesses but, um, if I were you I wouldn't let him get away a second time.
- [Laura finishes her tea]
- Laura Harriman: Well, I'm gonna check on your father.
- Karen Martin: Thanks for the tea.
- Laura Harriman: Enjoy it.
- Laura Harriman: Okay, Bob. Let's put you right over here, cause the show's about to begin.
- [Laura comes out of the bathroom with a pair of latex gloves and puts them on]
