In the scene where Gina is in the kitchen and Mr. Cappamezza is telling her about how her parents threw her out, the camera view that is looking from behind her shows her arm in front of her chest (holding the other hand), and the garment she is wearing is off her shoulder just a little bit. But in the next scene where her front is shown her arms are all the way down, and the garment is much further down her arm.
