Most of the audience felt cheated that Shah Rukh Khan only had a special appearance in the film. The producers had mislead the public with the posters and the trailer where it seemed like Shah Rukh had a full fledged role.
Because Shah Rukh Khan looked a bit too young opposite Sridevi, the director decided to make him (Khan) wear a fake mustache.
Sharukh Khan had accepted this movie only to star along with Sridevi.
Shah Rukh Khan is two years younger than Sridevi, who plays his heroine in this movie.
