When Frank is examining the crime scene of Nails' 'murder', there is a chalk outline of Nail's body on the ground. However, Holli 'inked' Nails and sucked him into a fountain pen, so there would have been no body to draw an outline around.
In the opening scene, as he gets off the plane, Brad Pitt's character is wearing the twenty-ninth division patch. Later, when he first shows his mother his motorcycle, he asserts that he won it in Italy. The twenty-ninth division was never in Italy.
When Jack and Holli are about to have sex, Jack can be heard moaning. But in an up-close shot where Holli gets on top of him, his mouth doesn't move at all.
