Following their initial (and very literal) run-in, Chasing Life‘s April and Leo are about to collide once again — and this time, Scott Michael Foster tells TVLine, there’s an “exciting” twist involved. Should Dominic be worried?

Jane Krakowski has found her next TV series, and it’s another one of those sitcoms about a fallen career woman. Krakowski has joined the pilot Dead Boss, a remake of a BBC series (the original featured Jennifer Saunders as a prison warden). The series follows an overachieving career woman who is wrongly accused of her boss’s murder. At first she’s certain the courts will uncover the truth of her innocence, but then she finds herself in prison.
EW has the first picture of David Tennant and Anna Gunn in the Fox’s upcoming Broadchurch adaptation, Gracepoint.
EW asked producer Michael Patrick King if cult hit The Comeback could ever come back for a second season, “Lisa [Kudrow] and I actually have had a couple of lunches lately where we’ve been missing Valerie and wondering where she’d be. That’s just a creative exploration Lisa and I are doing.

I’m now forced to choose between my blissfully happy avoidance of 24 and my enjoyment of Stephen Fry, as Deadline reports that Fry has signed up to play the UK Prime Minister in the upcoming 24 series.
The CW’s Flash pilot has cast two (potential) villains with Rick Cosnett (you might recognize him as The Vampire Diaries‘ Dr. Wes) as Eddie Thawne, a police detective whose name sounds a lot like a certain Flash archvillian‘s alter ego. Meanwhile, Denielle Panabaker will play Caitlin Snow a bioengineering expert who definitely shares a name with a another DC Comics villain.

USA has ordered Benched, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The comedy stars Happy Endings‘ Eliza Coupe as a former corporate attorney who becomes a public defender after suffering from a nervous breakdown. Better Off Ted hottie Jay Harrington plays her co-worker.
Paul James is making his way to Grey’s Anatomy.

How would you compare Amy and Rory's Doctor Who exits to the series ten most depressing companion departures? I may have had problems with how the Weeping Angels were used, but the show definitely delivered the melodrama. Usually you have to kill a dog to get me to react like that. (Why, hello Futurama, hello Revenge.)
NBC is looking to adapt About a Boy into a TV series.
I have to admit, when I heard that Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes was working on a Titanic mini-series, I was hoping he's make it a Downton prequel by making James Crawley one of the characters. Instead, Fellowes says he's writing a prequel novel about the courtship between Robert and Cora.
Character actor Mark Margolis, best known for ringing Tio Salamanca's bell on Breaking Bad has taken a recurring role on American Horror Story.

Those of you who were around last year and follow me on Twitter (so... like maybe four of you) will recall that I started a Shark Week Theme Songs hashtag on Twitter since I felt like the sharks were not given appropriate musical backup. This year, it seems like they've gone ahead and picked Lady Gaga's "Teeth" as the unofficial Shark Week theme song which I do approve of. However that does not mean I've given up my mission which has more to do with wordplay anyway. Those of you who'd like to play along but don't have Twitter can still read mine without joining and those of you on Twitter are welcome to use the #sharkweekthemesongs tag for any of your own creations. Gilles Marini is no longer lending his good looks to create adorable children.
The actor and former Dancing With the Stars finalist says he and wife Carole are done reproducing — but that doesn’t mean they’re necessarily over having children.
“If we ever have another child, it would absolutely be an adoption,” Marini, 35, told People at opening night of Fully Charged, a Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus production.
“In my mind, I’m like, ‘I have both of my kids. Done. Check. Let’s help someone who has no parents. It makes sense.

New evidence related to Alison's death might surface in next episode of "Pretty Little Liars". Toby finds old sporting equipment which has been buried in the garden, but the reaction shown by Spencer's father throws her for a loop.
Meanwhile, Aria is put in a tricky position when both Ezra and Jason are invited to the Montgomery dinner party and vie for her attention. But that's not the only thing that could ruin the soiree for the family will get a visit from cops that evening.
Also in the July 26 episode called "Surface Tension", Emily moves in with Hanna, but she is feeling more like a guest than part of the family. As for Hanna, she is feeling uneasy about Caleb's continued shady "business" dealings and his nonchalant attitude about it.

The final episode of Love Bites will air this Thursday, at 10/9c, thus completing the midseason series’ run… forever, an NBC spokesperson has told The Hollywood Reporter.
That NBC is pulling the plug on the romantic-comedy anthology series comes as almost no surprise, given the relentless crucible it endured to even make it on air, to then only muster the slightest of ratings. (Series lead Becki Newton, though, adopted an “anything can happen” attitude about renewal when we spoke to her at the time of the oft-delayed premiere.)

ABC Family's Switched At Birth is filled with twists, secrets, and cliffhangers. Is it possible it also has a Da Vinci Code style secret message? Fans point to the fact that every episode title is also the name of a famous work of art.
What do you think? We united the title of each episode with an image of its namesake masterpiece. There's also a plot synopsis to help jog your memory. Finally, we have two extra clues—the art for the next two episodes (8 & 9)! Please tell us in the comments section what—if anything—you think it all means!
Episode 1. "This Is Not a Pipe"
Bay Kennish discovers that her blood-type is Ab, as opposed to her family's A positive. Through this, she learns that she was switched soon after birth with Daphne Vasquez, who is deaf and lives with her single mother and grandmother on the other side of town.

I'm trying to think of a good reason why you should care about my opinion on ABC Family's "State of Georgia." The new multi-camera comedy is ABC Family's third new series premiere in a month and if you're like me and you mostly think of Raven-Symone as a mugging moppet from the later years of "The Cosby Show," there's very little chance that you're anywhere near the audience being targeted by this one. I guess my best argument is this: I also wasn't the target demographic for "The Nine Lives of Chloe King" or "Switched at Birth," but I'm...

Summer used to be a wasteland – it was when primetime shows aired repeats over the summer and failed TV shows were burnt-off. However, ever since Fox successfully launched America Idol during the so-called “dead” season nearly a decade ago, Summer has become a richer and more sought-after landscape of television. It is the perfect time to launch shows that need more time to secure a stable audience and it allows networks to try out shows that may not typically appeal to viewers during the convoluted and congested Fall and Mid-Season.
For television connoisseurs and TV addicts, summer has become a long-awaited mecca as it began offering a rich palate of delectable treats. Ranging from USA Network’s Burn Notice to Syfy’s Eureka to TNT’s The Closer to ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars to A&E’s The Glades to Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva and finally to HBO’s True Blood,...

In a premise out of a parent's worst nightmare, 'Switched at Birth' (Mon., 9Pm Et on ABC Family) explores what would happen if you found out your family wasn't your family. As it was explained to the Kennish family, "It's extremely rare, but it happens. You took home someone else's baby."
Now imagine you're finding this out when your daughter is a teenager, and you've got the basic premise of this new series that seems a perfect fit for the ABC Family lineup of teen-oriented dramas.
The two girls switched at birth come face-to-face, as do their parents. Now it's about figuring out what kind of life you make out of this difficult situation. How do you go forward when your questioning your own path? To complicate things, Bay's life was one of privilege, while deaf Daphne was raised by a single, struggling mother.

Last night one of you lovely readers out there caught a proofreading mistake I'd made in the column and pointed it out. Now, it's not unusual that I make slight spelling or grammar mistakes so I want all of you to know that please, feel free to let me know if you catch one. You can mention it in the comments or email me because I'm terrible at proofreading things I've written and am happy to fix them if they're really irking you. Most of the time. I've found that some of my spelling mistakes end up making things more amusing for all of us so some of them I just leave alone even if I know they're there. I'm always impressed when a TV show can overcome a ridiculous premise and turn it into something special, which is the case with ABC Family's newest drama, Switched at Birth (premiering Monday at 9pm). Despite an awkward idea that would be better suited for a Lifetime original movie (two families learn that their now teenage daughters were accidentally switched at birth ... and one of them is Deaf!), the show has heartwarming and relatable characters, creating a TV show that makes viewers feel like a part of the family.

In October of 2010, we heard that ABC Family was developing a Cloak and Dagger show for the 2011-2012 season. We heard that since Disney owns Marvel Entertainment and ABC, that it was going to be easier for Marvel characters to get their own series on ABC channels. ABC Family has been shooting pilots and picking pilots to become series lately. According to Deadline, "ABC Family is making its most aggressive expansion into original programming to date". Cloak and Dagger has not been one of them. Maybe in a future season Cloak and Dagger could get its own series on ABC Family, but for now the channel isn't going with it. Deadline said this: "I hear ABC Family has finalized its series order to drama pilot The Lying Game. Game joins recently greenlighed comedy series The Great State of Georgia and dramas The Nine Lives of Chloe King and Switched at Birth.

Game joins recently greenlighed comedy series The Great State of Georgia and dramas The Nine Lives of Chloe King and Switched at Birth. Additionally, a fifth pilot, What Would Jane Do, remains in contention for a series pickup after ABC Family extended the options on the actors. This has been ABC Family's biggest development season with 6 pilot orders. With four and possibly even five of them going to series, ABC Family is making its most aggressive expansion into original programming to date. Last year, the cable network launched 3 new series, Pretty Little Liars, Melissa & Joey and Huge, two of which, Pretty Little Liars and Melissa & Joey, have been renewed. Update: Here is ABC Family's official release: Burbank, CA (Tuesday, February 22, 2011) – ABC Family has picked up an additional one-hour scripted drama, “The Lying Game.

"Four Weddings and a Funeral" star Andy MacDowell is going to invade the small screen with "What Would Jane Do". The actress signed up for at least three movies that will debut next year, but most of them have been in post-production stage so she is free to star in the ABC Family drama.
"What Would Jane Do" follows a 16-year-old girl who lands a high-profile fashion job, thanks to a slightly clueless hiring manager who somehow fails to realize that she's still a few years shy of being a grown-up. "Jane soon finds herself juggling life as a regular teenager in high school and as an assistant to a high-powered executive in the cutthroat world of fashion," the synopsis says.
